Dimension: NGOs & Implementing Partners

NGOs and implementing partners

Deliver, and hold the relationships.

Implementing partners are the organisations that actually carry out programmes: international and local NGOs, the Red Cross and Red Crescent, development contractors, universities. Donors, banks, funds and UN agencies pay them to deliver, and many have worked beside the same ministries for decades.

If funders are the studio, implementers are the crew on location, and they know everyone in town.

Sphere here

Role in the strategy

The access channel and delivery partner. PADF is the template: a hemispheric implementing partner with standing relationships in ministries across Latin America and the Caribbean, funded by donors, delivering national programmes.

The three-column contract

Partner brings: access, trust, country presence, programme funding. Together we create: a national programme with a verifiable result. Sphere brings: platform, engineers, atlas, operating discipline.

The value line that closes every conversation, and clients in their own right

Impact for the country, sustainability for the partner, a replicable success for Sphere. Proposal drafting, M&E and reporting automation, needs assessment and targeting review, all under consent and do-no-harm guardrails.

Status today

PADF: Active. Priority: verify the atlas's NGO rows and write up the PADF work as the reference evidence for this audience.
